Villa 46 is now owned and operated by Lance Dettwiler.  Lance is constantly creating new and exciting menu ideas, like his pulled pork sandwhich, which has been a big hit with diners. 

Villa 46 was established in September of 2009 and has been operated solely by Lance since August 2010.
